We just had ten windows and a patio door installed by South Coast Windows & Doors and are very satisfied with the entire experience. To begin with, our salesperson, Justin, was very low key, listened to everything we had to say and was able to find products that fit our budget. After the sale, we were kept up to date on the status of our order. The team that did the installation was incredible! They were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable, communicated well, explaining their processes to my wife and me, and extremely efficient. (The owner of the company actually came by and helped a bit with the installation.)

This is the best windows and door company in all of San Diego! Justin & Claudia are excellent at listening to the customer needs, executing a plan, and following through. My wife and I have been doing business with them for at least two years, and though some might say that’s not a long time. As the saying goes…( it’s not how long, but how well) Well, the professionalism, and courtesies they have afforded us, and the service we have experienced throughout this time period has been second to none. I would be remiss not to mention the guys who actually come to the property to do the heavy lifting. Touché to Juan, Alex, and to all of the other guys whose names I may have forgotten. But, the service and the respect they provided we will never forget!!! Thank all of you that we have had the pleasure of crossing your paths and for making our life a little bit easier and sweeter.
